CHCCF Chamber Stimulus Program Through the generous funding provided by Wells Fargo, the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Foundation (CHCCF) is seeking proposals as part of the CHCCF Chamber Stimulus Program. Both Wells Fargo and the CHCCF understand the significant role that technical assistance and other innovative programs play in strengthening disadvantaged individuals and small businesses throughout the chamber network.Five (5) grants of $5,000 will be awarded to “certified” CHCC chambers that are committed and focused on capacity building programs with strong small business technical assistance (TA), micro loan initiatives, staff and board member development, procurement activities and other innovative programs. As a regionally based initiative, CHCCF will select at least one (1) chamber from each of the four regions: 1) Northern CA; 2) Central CA; 3) Southern CA; and 4) Inland Empire. The requirements within this RFP are intentionally broadly defined. The funds to be awarded are intended for use of a specific program each chamber sees most appropriate with operational efficiency and effectiveness, community benefit, and long-term program sustainability.
